Chief Executive Officer & Founder​

Fred Waite is a serial insurtech entrepreneur having led four successful technology companies from startup to acquisition. For more than 25 years, he’s worked hard to streamline insurance processing and create value through data solutions. Fred will focus on establishing Modives as the leading insurtech platform sourcing a portfolio of data assets during life events.

Justin Silver

Chief Operations Officer & Founder

Justin Silver is an insurtech veteran with nearly 20 years experience in the sales and marketing of insurance and enterprise software. Most recently, Justin co-founded a successful business intelligence company that was acquired by Duck Creek, where he led the global solutions consulting and engineering team through IPO and continued growth. With Modives, Justin is driven to deliver solutions that solve critical processes imperative to the success of embedded insurance.

Russell Barner

Chief Product Officer & Founder

Russ Barner has nearly 20 years of SaaS, engineering, and product delivery experience. From startups to Fortune 50 companies, Russ’ expertise spans FinTech, banking, real estate, and aerospace. He led services teams at DealCloud through acquisition and served in various roles at Intapp through IPO, and continued expansion. With Modives, Russ will continue his proven track record for starting and growing revenue-producing teams, building advanced technology solutions, and delivering for customers.

Darin Yeomans

Chief Revenue Officer

Darin Yeomans is a highly experienced sales and marketing professional with over 20 years of sales and marketing leadership experience to his credit. Widely recognized for his passionate leadership in Insurtech, Darin has been instrumental in driving sales and facilitating successful exits for numerous startups. His extensive expertise includes building high-performing and collaborative sales teams, establishing revenue channels, and a commitment to cultivating a high-performance culture for both internal teams and customers.  Darin leads the Modives sales and account management teams along with their essential infrastructure.

Bhopan Krishan

Chief Technology Officer

Bhopan Krishnan is a highly accomplished entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in the insurance technology industry. He has a proven track record of success in leading technology companies from startup to acquisition. Bhopan was the co-founder of Outline Systems, an Insurtech firm recently acquired by Duck Creek, a leading provider of insurance software solutions. Post acquisition, he led the engineering team at Duck Creek. Bhopan is passionate about technology and its ability to solve real-world problems. He is a strong leader and motivator, and he is committed to helping Modives achieve its technology goals.
